Stamford Police Promote 3 Officers To Sergeant
STAMFORD, Conn. -- The Stamford Police Department promoted three officers to sergeant on Monday at Government Center.
Brian Butler, Brendan Phillips and Sean Boeger were promoted to sergeant in the Stamford Police Department.
